We can handle all of your graphic design needs, on a monthly basis so you can focus on doing what you do best — running your business. You can purchase a monthly retainer package based on your anticipated design needs for a few months, or for an entire year.
This service is for businesses who have the desire to establish consistent branding materials but may not have the resources or need to hire a designer full-time.
Acquiring a retainer package will provide a discounted rate of services and will cut marketing costs to the company or organization monthly.
Going into each month, you will have a secured amount of artwork each month.
Pricing is set each month for services provided and the agreed amount of content per month and will alleviate the stress of fluctuating design pricing and fees.
You will have access to the knowledge and expertise of a professional designer without the overhead of hiring a full-time employee.
The retainer fee is like a monthly subscription. It is paid up front at the beginning of each month before any design work is completed. This is beneficial to you because you will avoid the fluctuating designer fees and will cut costs to you.
Based on the retainer package you select; your designer will block out their schedule with the appropriate number of projects and plan their workload accordingly. You have peace of mind knowing that you will receive a pre-established amount of work each month, without having to worry about what other client projects are ahead of you!

Each retainer package has a 3-month minimum commitment. At the end of 3 months, we will re-evaluate the program to ensure the number of projects are fitting for the business needs.

Each retainer includes a set number of projects per month. If you acquire any overage in projects during the month, you will be billed accordingly. This will be discussed with the client when the request is made.

Unused projects expire at the end of each month. This is to ensure that we can allocate time for your projects each month and plan the workload accordingly.

On the 20th of each month, you will receive your invoice, payable upon receipt via credit card. The invoice will include your monthly retainer rate, and any additional charges from the previous month where you may have gone over.

Print Materials – business cards, postcards, brochures, event programs, signage (Design Only. Print and ship are not included in the retainer fee and will be an additional cost)

Digital Materials – social media graphics, blog banners, and other web graphics
